Ministry partners and friends of Pueblo Lights and LIfe:

GOVERNOR ISSUES STAY AT HOME ORDER

March 25 – All Coloradans must stay at home unless necessary for businesses. Critical businesses are exempt from this Executive Order. Critical businesses must comply with social distancing requirements. This order is in place through April 11, 2020

Our new normal is that each day is a different day with different information and different expectations of our behavior as human beings living in the time of COVID-19.  While many people live in fear, we as followers of Jesus are told not to be fearful.  While some disregard the instructions of the government, we as followers of Jesus are told to obey our leaders.  That is why we suspended gathering as a community of faith until at least April 18.  That date may change and probably will change.

In an effort to keep you up to date I have listed several websites that you can access and have information at hand.

In this digital age, those of you who received this via email or text are able to stay current with the information I have at hand.  I have asked that Cindy, John, and Marilyn (who are leaders of care teams) stay in contact with you who are connected digitally and those who are not connected, to identify needs and share information.

This passage from Proverbs should give us peace and indicate how we will collectively navigate these waters.

Proverbs 3:5–6 (The Message):

Trust God from the bottom of your heart;

don’t try to figure out everything on your own.

Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;

he’s the one who will keep you on track.
